Q: Can you introduce yourself and your background to the community?

D: Today I am very excited to represent the Meychain project in the AMA at Maxx Capital community. Please allow me to introduce a little bit about myself and the Meychain project. I am currently the CEO of the Meychain project. Previously, I had more than 10 years of experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. In addition, I have many years of experience in management positions of large enterprises such as Bureau Veritas, Eurofins, Scancom Vietnam.

Q: Can you briefly introduce the Meychain project?

D: Meychain is a specialized platform providing solutions for the real estate industry based on blockchain. With firm belief in the future of digital economy based on blockchain technology, we aim to build Meychain, an interoperable and extensible Blockchain platform, along with application protocols to provides new infrastructure and services to the real estate industry.

I joined the Meychain project from the early days, around September 2021 as a project initiator. I am a blockchain enthusiast and have been involved in crypto investing for over 10 years — since the day bitcoin was valued at just a few dollars.

At the same time, Mr. Tung Tran (COO of Meychain project) and I had the opportunity to meet in a networking event of the business community of Vietnam. Tung Tran at that time worked for a technology company providing leading technology solutions for real estate & stakeholders. Tung Tran and I are very interested in creating real estate-related processes, technologies and innovations and we believe in the groundbreaking features and applications of blockchain in the real estate sector. That was the premise for the birth of Meychain when I exchanged and discussed with Mr. Tung Tran.

Q: Can you share more information about how blockchain can solve any problems or pain in the traditional real estate industry?

D: As for the real-world problems and real estate pains that Meychain wants to solve, there are many and cannot be summed up in a short time, so I would like to talk about a few key issues. As you all know, the legal procedures related to real estate are often cumbersome, through many stages of manipulation, but the information and regulations are not transparent. This causes many difficulties for the majority of individuals who are not often real estate transactions. We have researched and researched what blockchain has and is doing and it is clear that there is no perfect solution and no single platform can fit everything, especially for real estate. property — an area that accounts for a huge proportion of the world’s wealth.

Meychain is not a general framework for operating public smart contracts, nor is it a specific private blockchain. Meychain builds a compatible platform specifically and optimized for real estate investment and asset management, providing a simple and easy platform for seamless connectivity between traditional financial sectors and the emerging world of cryptocurrencies.

Q: Which market is Meychain targeting? Can you share more about Meychain’s International Market Development Plan?

D: The markets that Meychain is targeting are South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Turkey and some other crypto markets in the Middle East.

We plan to build investor communities in each of the markets we are interested in. The product of the Meychain project in this period is a real estate tokenization platform and listing of encrypted real estate. With just simple steps such as filling in, posting real estate information and documents on the platform, then following our instructions, a real estate can be successfully coded and listed on the platform. communication.

Q: How does Meychain’s product model benefit BDS developers and investors?

D: The first benefit that can be mentioned of this Real Estate Coding product is that it benefits real estate owners. They can access capital globally through tokenization and listing on our platform quickly and efficiently.

The second benefit is for investors. For individual investors, although the investment capital is not much, they can still participate in real estate investment transparently and safely no matter where you are in the world.

Q: What type of real estate does Meychain’s real estate cryptographic product target?

D: During this period, we focus on individual and small real estate. Because the legal problem for these real estate in Vietnam as well as in the world is temporarily easier to do. However, we are still researching and learning more solutions for real estate projects so that we can apply encryption to project real estate in the next phase. As you all know, the real estate under the project is also related to another party, the project owner and the bank, if the investor borrows a bank loan to buy real estate, it is accompanied by the fact that the investor has not actually own the legal papers when the project is not completed or has not been handed over to the real estate owner.

Q: What is Meychain’s IDO plan in the near future?

D: We already have an IDO plan in the second quarter of 2022. However, we will still consider the timing of this plan because these decisions will be consulted by our project advisory board based on the Signals from the crypto market at the moment as well as the forecast of the crypto situation in the coming time to see if it is appropriate or not. We always want to closely follow the proposed plans and roadmap, but above all, we always put the interests of the investor community first. What is the best time for the IDO or the list of exchanges for both the project and the investor?

Q: Does Meychain have relationships with partners and other funds/projects?

D: As you can see, the Meychain project cooperates with many domestic and foreign projects and companies. One of them can be mentioned as EONMIX, Clever Ads, Vietnamese interactive partners. These are the famous advertising media companies in Vietnam. In addition, there are specialized real estate partners such as Beat Investment, Beat Real Estate.

The most recent partners we just signed are Fanverse and Woozoomusic, which are projects on NFT and Metaverse technology. Fanverse and WozooMusic’s wish when cooperating with Meychain is to be able to bring NFT and Metaverse applications into the real estate sector.

And on May 27, 2022, we will sign a cooperation agreement with the Trustkey project. Trustkey is a technology support partner as well as coordinating support for us to list Mey token on their exchange.

In the near future, a Devine Land partner is looking forward to cooperating with Meychain. Devine Land is a real estate digital transformation company in Korea and they are looking to expand into the international market. After learning about the Vietnamese market and Meychain, Devine Land proposed to cooperate to support and share technologies in the field of real estate digital transformation.

Q: What is Meychain’s long-term vision?

D: Our long-term vision is for Meychain to become the leading blockchain platform and decentralized finance protocol dedicated to the real estate and wealth management industries, especially in Asia.
