Host: Can Chloe introduce a little bit about yourself and your background so that the community can know more about you?

Chloe Tran: Yes, I graduated from National Economics University, majoring in Auditing. After graduating, I have more than a year of working in the field of auditing, finance and banking at EY, I feel very fortunate because the 4-year university journey has helped me to have a foundation of basic financial thinking basically, it helps me get access to Blockchain since it is still a strange name.

After I graduated from university, I had the opportunity to study a Master’s degree in Spain, majoring in Creativity and Marketing (I want to learn something different from the university to diversify my perspective — Auditing sometimes makes me quite confused.) Therefore, I want to choose an industry that gives me more flexibility to improve myself). And I was able to study and work as an assistant to a professor studying blockchain applications during the course of completing the course.

When I returned to Vietnam, I also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tung Tran — COO of Meychain currently, fortunate to be a part of Meychain. I am very grateful to Mr. Tung and his brothers and sisters for allowing me to work with a great team and also be true to the field I love and pay a lot of attention to.

Host: Thanks for sharing Chloe. Indeed, this is a small girl, but what she has accumulated and done is not small.

PART 2:

Host: The first question we gathered was: What is the target market of Meychain? Can you share more about Meychain’s Target Market Development Plan?

Tracy Le: The markets that Meychain targets are Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Turkey and some other crypto markets in the Middle East.

Meychain plans to build a community of investors in every market we care about. Besides, there are many activities to develop the community such as Airdrop events or Bounty large amounts of Mey tokens for event participants or Launch projects in markets. In addition, we will also organize AMA events like this for the target country community and international market.

Host: Thanks for the reply, Ms. Tracy. I wish Meychain’s investor market development plans to be successful in the near future. Is there any non-public information that the Meychain team can share with the Vietnamese community?

Tracy Le: This is a good question! For now, we’ll give the community a little hint about our product. Our last Tokenization Launchpad real estate crypto product is expected to be launched in early July, which will be an upbeat news from the Meychain project in light of the current situation of the crypto world where a some underdeveloped projects with no real product are ruining the development environment of real development projects. Follow us and always support Meychain.

Host: In the situation that the market is trending down with many controversies related to the cryptocurrency market, will Meychain still focus on product development? In short, what is the project currently doing?

Chloe Tran: Thank you, Mr. Tran Tung. For this question, I will send the community some information about Meychain’s products. With a long-term vision, Meychain is still making efforts to research and develop products according to the roadmap. Meychain has just released a Testnet of its Real Estate Tokenization Launchpad product. With this product, property owners can create their own token and list their tokenized properties. Each asset will be offered for sale as a token on a specific trading platform, and investors can purchase this token representing ownership of the asset.

The community has been following the product demo and now I will perform direct operations on the product. This is still a beta version, the Meychain project is still working hard to perfect this version to bring the best user experience. So come along and support us!

Host: Thank you, Chloe. Honestly, the product is too much in English, so it’s also a bit difficult for the Vietnamese Meychain community when trying to experience it.

Chloe Tran: Don’t worry. The product testnet in Vietnamese has been updated by the Meychain team to support Vietnamese users. We hope that the Meychain Vietnam community can experience the product and contribute more ideas to improve the product.

Part 3:

Host: With the current bad market situation, what will Meychain’s listing plan be?

Tracy Le: Currently, the Meychain project has completed the negotiation to list the exchange with Trustkeys and AAX. We are just waiting for more positive signals from the market to decide when to list. Still, the criteria when going on the floor of Meychain is to ensure the interests of investors and projects. If the market is better in July or August, we will go to the floor.

Host: Do you have any difficulties in researching and developing Blockchain related products?

Chloe Tran: There will be difficulties in whatever you do — difficulties in expertise, people, market trends, feasibility assessment and risk assessment/management,….

But I would like to summarize the biggest difficulty that I am actually facing, which is “The feasibility assessment and risk management for the product”

Although before giving a product model, I also have to do a market scan, market research to find similar products, competitor analysis — strengths and weaknesses, pain point — pain and loss current market gap; from there, giving appropriate models to help take advantage of the good and improve the bad.

Most blockchain projects in real estate are stopping at the concept of coding without putting those tokens on how to create liquidity for the market, create cash flows in and out as well as create utility. application of their own project token, so the project often stops at putting the token on the exchange — but what the true value of that token is, no one really understands.

I also spent a lot of time struggling and researching before officially recommending the model and detailing the features. Products with blockchain applications are often new, so assessing the feasibility and risk management is quite difficult because not many people have experienced it. So I hope that when the test-net is released, there will be many users to experience it so that the Meychain team can synthesize feedback and improve before officially launching the main-net version.
