Q: Can you introduce a little bit about yourself and the Meychain project?

T: Hello GTA Ventures community. Today Tracy is very excited to represent the Meychain project in the AMA at GTA community. Let me introduce a little bit about myself and the Meychain project. I am currently the CMO of the Meychain project and the representative of the Fanverse project in Vietnam. Previously, I studied and worked for about 8 years in Korea. Then I returned to Vietnam and worked for Lotte group. In addition, I have also participated in consulting development strategies for blockchain projects in Vietnam as well as Korea for many years.

I have been involved in the Meychain project since the early days, around September 2021. Meychain is a specialized platform providing solutions for the real estate industry based on blockchain. With firm belief in the future of digital economy based on blockchain technology, we aim to build Meychain, an interoperable and extensible Blockchain platform, along with application protocols to provide new infrastructure and services to the real estate industry.

Q: What can Meychain’s products solve the problem of traditional real estate?

T: Regarding the real world problems and real estate pains that Meychain wants to solve, we have researched what blockchain has been and is doing, it is clear that there is no perfect solution. There is no single platform that can fit everything, especially for real estate — a sector that accounts for a huge share of the world’s wealth.

Meychain is not a general framework for operating public smart contracts, nor is a specific private blockchain. We build a compatible platform specifically and optimized for real estate investment and wealth management, providing a simple and easy platform for seamless connectivity between traditional financial sectors. system and the emerging world of cryptocurrencies.

To make it simple, Meychain facilitates more convenient real estate processes, eliminating the complicated and time-consuming paperwork of conventional real estate businesses to get Simple liquidity flow of an asset with the application of blockchain technology.

Q: Can you share a bit about Meychain’s core-team?

T: Our core-team has 14 members. The team are all people with long-term experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency fields.

The project CEO is Mr. Hoang Duong — who has 10 years of experience in the field of blockchain and cryptocurrency. In addition, Mr. Hoang Duong has many years of experience in management positions of large enterprises.

Project COO is Mr. Tung Tran with 8 years of experience in operating and developing crowdfunding for technology startups. Tung Tran is also a communications director for NGOs.

Project CTO Mr. Ngo Manh Ha with 12 years of experience in PM, CTO positions at FPT, Vingroup, TechX.

The current project’s dev team includes: 1 product manager, 1 blockchain solution architect, 1 blockchain developers, 2 web3/API developers, 1 quality engineer. The members of the team are all people with 3+ years of experience in the blockchain field, always ready to learn and research new technologies to apply in their work.

Besides, there are members in charge of Content, Research, Designer, Digital Marketing.

Q: What stage of development is Meychain at? Are there any memorable advantages and disadvantages during the development of the project?

T: Meychain is opening the second round of Private sale, which is expected to end on May 20, 2022. Followed by IDO events and listing on exchanges next June.

We have many advantages in terms of human resources, finance as well as experience in the real estate field. However, there are many difficulties.

The legal issues of blockchain as well as the legal issues in the real estate industry are very complicated and require many authentications, so we and the project advisory board team had to research very deeply and extensively on this part. and consult with major partners in the Law industry to ensure the safety and transparency of the Meychain investor community.

Q: What is the long-term vision of Meychain?

T: Meychain’s long-term vision is to become the leading blockchain platform and decentralized financial protocol dedicated to the real estate and wealth management industries, especially in Asia.

Q: What does the name Meychain mean? Can you share with the community more details about this name?

Thanks for your question. This is a pretty interesting question.

Basically the name Meychain consists of two parts, MEY is the name of our token and Chain means chain in the blockchain. Our vision is to be an interoperable blockchain to power the real estate industry, so building a dedicated blockchain platform dedicated to real estate is our main goal. I. And the MEY token will be the key currency in the entire ecosystem.

It’s Meychain. Just as simple as that.

Q: When will Meychain project list exchanges? And which exchange are you planning to list?

T: According to our plan, the project will register and list on some exchanges in the second quarter of 2022. Expected to be June this year if nothing changes. However, we are still monitoring the trend of the market at that time whether it is appropriate or not and will send information to the community soon.

We plan to list some exchanges in Vietnam to support the Vietnamese community to trade easily. In addition, we also choose both decentralized exchanges and international centralized exchanges for the Meychain project to expand to the world.

Q: What makes Meychain different from other competitors?

T: I do not want to compare with any other project because I believe that everyone involved in the real estate blockchain world is contributing to the development of this potential field in their own way.

However, the biggest difference of Meychain that I can say is that if other projects only focus on a specific part, a specific branch of real estate, then we build an ECOLOGY of blockchain solutions for the real estate industry. This will improve customer experience as well as maximize customer support in the process of participating in activities related to the real estate industry.

Q: Does the project ensure the development progress according to the roadmap?

T: As for the product, the Meychain project is still following the development roadmap announced in the whitepaper. We just released the Tokenization Launchpad product demo video. After that, we will continue to launch testnet and mainnet in June 2022. Please look forward to our products.

Q: At the moment, the crypto market is receiving negative signals as well as the price of bitcoin is on a deep downward trend. Long-standing and internationally famous projects are also more or less affected. So is the Meychain project confidently listed on the exchange?

T: From my personal perspective after having experienced the crypto market over the years, there are times when bitcoin is divided by 3 divided by 5, but you see, there are also times when BTC goes up to continuously create ATH. Investors who have held bitcoins for the past 2–3 years themselves claim to have multiplied their accounts by 2 times 3. So volatility in the crypto market is natural and we should take it positively.

I believe that with the existing potential of an experienced team, solid financial resources and enthusiastic support from the community, even though the project has not been officially launched, we believe that Meychain can confidently be listed on international exchanges at any time. However, we will consider carefully choosing the listing time to bring optimal benefits to the project and the investor community.

Q: How to buy tokens from your project? Will there be a token sale program for users in the near future?

Q: According to the project roadmap — what is your next most important priority?

T: The current and next roadmap that the project prioritizes is to perfect the product and build a community of investors — who are also the first users in the platform of Meychain.

Q: May I ask if the team will have any events to attract the community in the near future?

T: Currently, the Meychain team regularly participates in AMAs as well as events in the blockchain industry to exchange and expand the community.
